SATISFACTION IN ITALY
COLLABORATION NOW POSSIBLE (Received December 22, 9.10 p.m.) LONDON, December 22. The Rome correspondent of “The Times” says there is widespread satisfaction at Britain’s action, which is regarded as tantamount to de facto recognition of the Italian conquest of Abyssinia, leading to a resumption of British and Italian collaboration, and enabling the conclusion of Mediterranean questions before the end of the year.
