Sir, —Being a former scholar of the View Hill School, I was very interested in an article about it in “The Press” last Tuesday, December 15. but several omissions were made. Misses Hewitt and Dyson were not mentioned in the list of teachers in charge. Assistant teachers. Misses Saul, Menzies,
Simmonds, and Hurst were not mentioned. Messrs King, Sutcliffe. KeysWells, and Misses Johnson and Taylor, temporarily in charge, were also not mentioned. The Messrs Arthur Wright and Alfred Bunn were chairmen for several years.—Yours, etc.. AN EX-SCHOLAR. December 22, 1936.
