SUPREME COURT
DECREE NISI GRANTED
Charlotte Pryce, of Auckland, married woman, who petitioned on a cross-petition for divorce from William Pryce, of Christchurch, coachbuilder, was granted a decree nisi, to be made absolute after three months, by Mr Justice Northcroft in the Supreme Court yesterday morning. The petitioner, William Pryce, for whom Mr M. W. Simes appeared, did not proceed on the original petition. The respondent, for whom Mr C. S. Thomas appeared, was granted the decree on the ground of desertion, and was allowed costs.
