* The following is the, itinerary for the fax-m competition, to be held by the Ashburton Agricultural and Pastoral Association to-day and to-morrow:— Wednesday: Leave Ashburton, 9 a.m.; Gordon Brown (Seaview). 9.30; Hoatten Bros. (Elgin), 11 a.m.: lunch. Ashburton. 1 p.m.; F. H. Hockings (Lagmhor), 2 p.m.; A. M. Stephens (Lagmhor), 3.30. Thursday: J. Fleming (Methven), 10 a.m.; J. Stewart (Rakaia), 12.30; L. O. Oakley (Overdale). 3.30. The judges are Messrs R. Sinclair (Waimate) and W. O. Rennie (Doyleston).
