BODY FOUND AT FOOT OF CLIFFS
DEATH OE C ITY C'Ol NCIL EMPLOYEE Mr W. H, Greenwood, aged about 30, of Monck’s Spur. Hedcliffs, was found dead at the foot of Scarborough cliffs at 11.30 on Saturday morning. Mr Greenwood wag a married man. and had Jived for more than 21 years in Sumner. He was emoloyed on the clerical staff of the Christchurch City Council, Tlie body wag discovered by two Christchurch men who were fishing from the rocks. Mr Greenwood was snid not to have been in good health recently, and when it was discovered that he was missing, friends instituted a search. The body was identified by Mr A. R. Galbraith, Chief City Engineer, and another member of the council’s staff.
