HINDU TEMPLES IN TRAVANCORE (Received November 13, 8.15 p.m.) TRIVANDRUM, November 12. The Maharajah of Travancore, who is celebrating his twentv-fifth birthday, has opened all state-con-trolled Hindu temples to the Untouchables. Many social reformers, including Gandhi, have been fighting for this for years.
