BIG LAWSUIT MAY BE DROPPED
PRODUCER SUED BY FILM COMPANY (Received November 13, 7.5 p.m.) NEW YORK, November 12. The Hollywood correspondent of the New York “Times” says it is reported that the Paramount Company is considering the cancellation of its 5,000,000 dollar suit against Mr Samuel Goldwyn, charging him with having lured Gary Cooper away with bright promises. Negotiations are progressing by which Cooper will make an additional Paramount film and the suit may be dropped. *
