MILK PRICE INCREASED AT AUCKLAND
(PRESS ASSOCIATION TELEGRAM.) AUCKLAND, November 13. With two dissentients, the Auckland Milk Council decided this afternoon to increase the retail price_of milk by one halfpenny a quart from November 28 to consumers in the Milk Council’s area, with the exception of the North Shora and Avondale districts. The present retail price is s|d for loose milk, and 6d for bottled milk. The producers are to receive a farthing a gallon less than before.
