ANNIVERSARY OF SANCTIONS
THREE MINUTES SILENCE IN ITALY (Received November 14, 12.15 a.m.) ROME, November 13. It is officially announced that there will be a three-minutes silence throughout Italy on November 18 on the occasion of the anniversary of the imposition of sanctions by the League of Nations. This, it is explained, is in order that those attending the unveiling of sanctionist tablets may meditate and remember; '
