RECOGNITION OF ABYSSINIAN CONQUEST (Received November 14, 12.10 a.m.) VIENNA, November 12. A communique issued at the conclusion of the conference between representatives of Italy, Austria, and Hungary affirms Austria’s and Hungary’s right to rearm. Austria and Hungary will recognise the Italian conquest of Abyssinia, and will be permitted to participate in its exploitation. ‘
