FAST MONOPLANES
NEW MACHINES FOR EMPIRE ROUTES LONDON, November 12. Imperial Airways announce that 12 monoplanes are being constructed for use oi. European and Empire routes. Each will carry 42 passengers, and will be known as E class machines. The new monoplanes will have a top speed of 200 miles an hour, and it is claimed that they will be the fastest four-engined machines in the world. They will be equipped with kitchens and Lars.
