SHEARING CLASS
ASHBURTON TECHNICAL HIGH SCHOOL Eleven students will receive tuition in blade and machine shearing at the shearing class to be conducted by the Ashburton Technical High School at the Show Grounds from Saturday morning for the following three weeks. The instructor will be Mr J. McCormick. The principal of the school (Mr V T . Crawford) said yesterday that about 2000 sheep were desirable for the class. About 300 had been obtained so far, and there was a prospect of a further 300.
