GERMANY’S NAVAL PROGRAMME

——♦ FIFTY-SEVEN WARSHIPS UNDER CONSTRUCTION (Received November 11, 7.30 p.m.) BERLIN, November 10. Fifty-seven warships, including two battleships and one aircraftcarrier, are reported to be under construction. The Naval Year Book reveals the construction or laying-down of 36 submarines after the conclusion of the naval agreement with Britain.
