PATHEB AND SON EVENING
The annual father and son evening of the Boys* Gordon Hall of the Young Men’s Christian Association was held last night at the association’s rooms with Me E. Hitchcock, nrodde* £ the Christchurch Rotary Club, Os the chairman- As usual the evening attracted a large attendance. After the opening remarks by the chairman, the following brograrame waa given:— Pianoforte solo, Syd. Clayton; welcome to fathers. Burson Nuttall; song, Claude O’Hagan; reply to welcome, H. G. Bailey; musical selections, Banjoliero's; conjuring, nfjnrticei"; first aid demonstration. Young Men's Christian Association Cadet Corp; choruses, everybody; musical selections, Banjoliero’s; address, the Rev. J. F. Feron; flute solo, Trevor Hutton. After supper had been served a short address was given by the boys’ work director. The pianist was Mr S. Qeyton.
