The Warsaw correspondent of “The Times” says Poland now demands a place in the sun. Government newspapers strongly emphasise the dynamic increase of population and the lack of raw materials, and indicate, the Government’s intention to press at Geneva for facilities for overseas migration and access to raw materials.
