BRITISH EXCHEQUER RETURNS
(BRITISH OFFICIAL WIBELESS.) RUGBY, August 18. The Exchequer returns show that the total ordinary revenue amounts to £212,836,519, compared with £224,432,126 on the corresponding date last year. The total ordinary expenditure* is £287,337,639, compared with £276,539,582 at the corresponding date in 1935.
