ADDRESS TO MEMBERS OF STOCK EXCHANGE
Members of the Christchurch Stock Exchange and their friends were addressed in the Chamber of Commerce last evening by Mr R. H. Nesbitt, Australian Trade Commissioner, who gave a running commentary on a series of films; One film showed the workings of the Broken Hill Mining Company and the others were of general interest. Mr Nesbitt was thanked for his address by Mr H. Kitson, chairman of the Stock Exchange, who emphasised the growing importance of closer relations between Australia and New Zealand, .
