BULBS 1. Points Books must now be kept by members wishing to enter for their Special or Very Special Prizes. Enter first the number of points gained to date, and those won week by week. When you have 100 points send your Points Book (with stamp for return) to Lady Gay. Your prize will be posted to you, and marks given for your Points Book. Your book will be posted back, and at the end of the year a prize will be given to the member who has sent in the best Points Book. 2.
