PAPANUI AMATEUR CLUB ELECTION OF OFFICERS Mr R. Rickerby presided over the eighth annual meeting of the Papanui Amateur Cycling Club. Sixty members were present. A membership of 85 was recorded in the annual report, which reviewed a very full programme of racing events. Special reference was made to the services given to the club by Mr T. A. Grose, sen., who first conceived the idea of a club in Papanui and had been an active official since its foundation. Mr Grose was unanimously elected an honorary life member.
