RESTORING ORDER IN DANZIG
POLAND URGED TO ACT j I REPORTS OF TERRORISM BY NAZIS LONDON, June 16. The Warsaw correspondent of the “Daily Herald” says that because of the accounts of a new wave of Nazi : terrorism, the newspapers urge Poland to restore order in Danzig, where many Social Democrats are imprisoned. Dr.' Spill, formerly President of ; the Diet, and Herr Pietsch, leader ; of the Union of German Disabled Ex-Servicemen, were arrested for their own protection. i A storm trooper was shot dead during an attack on a socialist home at Weisenthal. The Socialist’s entire family was arrested. Sixty persons were sent to hospital after an attack by storm troopers on a nationalist party meeting, where many were beaten. One died in hospital. l
