TO THE editor or the press. Sir, —I was pleased to see that one ratepayer was brave enough to come forward and quote the .above. I have watched the doings of this council and it is time som'e of thte older members resigned and let new blood in. 1 was pleased some 1 years back to see this new blood get into office, and 1 have been well pleased with the work they have done, but we want more of such men in our council, end until we get a lull council of such mdn you cannot expect any change.—Yours, etc., ANOTHER RATEPAYER, .
