Russian children are to have practical lessons in safety first. Part of the Park of Culture and Rest by the Moscow river is to be laid out as a miniature city with streets equipped with automatic traffic signals. The children will be provided with pedal motor-cars, bicycles, roller skates, and scooters, and wll be taught all the rules of the road.
