DETAILS OF THE SUCCESSES
A further list of awards of life-saving certificates has been issued by the Canterbury Head Centre of the Royal LifeSaving Society. For the year ending May 31, 1936, the centre has already Issued 529 awards, which number compared very favourably with the 380 issued during the complete year 1935. With three more examinations to be held this week, the total for the year should exceed 540, which will make the fourth highest number issued in any one year since the centre was established In 1910.
