SPREYPON NOVICE CLUB . A successful year in both finance and membership was reported to the annual meeting of the Spreydon Novice Cycling Club. The secretary said that the club had conducted a very successful programme, which had included a 20-mile and a 40-mile championship. Several members had joined either the cash or amateur ranks and had ridden well in these codes. The balance-sheet showed a credit on the year's workings.
