SECOND HIROTA CABINET
PRIME MINISTER TAKES FOREIGN AFFAIRS
ALL PORTFOLIOS FILLED

TOKYO, March 9
The Prime Minister, Mr K. Hirota, has completed the Cabinet. Mr Hirota has taken the portfolio of Foreign Affairs himself. Other portfolios are allocated as follows:
War—Count Terauchi. Navy—Admiral Nagano. Finance—Mr Eiichi Baba
Justice—Dr. Raizaburo Hayashi
Home and Education—Mr Keinosuke Ushio, formerly the ViceMinister.
Overseas Affairs—Mr Hidejiro Nagata, formerly Mayor of Tokyo. Communications—Mr Keikichi Tanomogi, a member of the Minseito party.
Commerce and Industry—Mr Takukichi Kawasaki, formerly Minister for Education and a member of the Minseito party. Railways—Mr Yonezo Maeda, a member of the Seiyukai party, and a former Minister for Commerce.
Agriculture and Forestry—Mr Toshio Shimada, a member of the Seiyukai party.
