NO SURRENDER OF COLONIES
PORTUGUESE ATTITUDE LISBON, February 22. The Prime Minister, Dr. Ohveira Salazar, specially summoned Parliament to announce that Portugal could not consider the surrender of colonies. The matter was more one of prestige than of economics.
