m W. J.-STODDART

Mr William James Stoddart,. who «fcd at bis residence, "Willow Farm," Willowby, Ashburton county, on Saturday, was.one of the early settlers in the Willo-vby district, where he was a prominent farmer- for about 57 years. Mr Stoddart was . born at County Cayan, Ireland, and came to New Zealand, with his .parents when he was M than one : year old.
