RATES IN SUMNER BOROUGH
The amount of rates paid, in the borough of Sumner before the 10 per cent, penalty was imposed on Thursday was 93.2 per cent., compared with 89 per cent, at the same time last year. The collectable amount is £11.290, of which £10,326 has been paid. Figures for last year were £11,082 and £9981 respectively.
