OBITUARY
MISS M. S. HUIE The death occurred, in Dunedin on Thursday of a well-known member of the teaching profession, Miss Marjory Seaton Huie, formerly of the staff of the old Normal School. Sjhe.was taken seriously ill about a week ago, and died at the age of IS years. Miss Huie was the daughter of the Rev. John Ziegler HUie, of Perth and Edinburgh, and was trained for the teadhing profession in Edinburgh. Arriving in Dunedin in the late eighties, she entered the service of the Dtago Education .Board, and remained with that body till the staff of the Normal School was disbanded and the training college transferred to Union street For many years she had lived in retirement at WaikoUaitl., She was a prominent member of St. Andrew’s Church for many years, under the ministry of the late Dr. Rutherford Waddell.
