RANGATIRA'S MISHAP
ENQUIRY TO COMMENCE ON MONDAY
' (PMSS ASSOCIATION USLEQKIU.Ji , WELLINGTON, FebruarylS, Hie Minister for Marine (the Hon. P. Fraser) announced to-day that the Court of Enquiry to enquire Into the mishap to the Rancatira would ait at Wellington on Monday and would consist of Mr E. D. Mosley, 6.M., with' Captain w; H. Hartman, marine superintendent of the Shaw, Savill, and Albion Company, and Captain H. ; Hollis, marine superintendent of the Commonwealth and Dominion line, as assessors. The Minister added that .the question of appointing engineer-surveyor assessors had been gone into very carefully, but as the advice tendered to him was to the effect that the enquiry would be mainly into matters of navigation it had hot been considered necessary to make any such appointments.
