NAVY LEAGUE SEA CADETS

INSPECTION BY VICE-ADMIRAL HARPER

Vice-Admiral J. E. T. Harper inspected the Navy League Sea Cadets last evening at the Canterbury Rowing Club’s shed. He observed the instructional work of the cadets. The cadets, were in chief of Lieutenant-Comman-der. R; C. E. Harding;'with whom were Honorary Lieutenants E. S. A. Collins and S. C. Peddle, Honorary Pay-Lieu-tenant H. O. C. Farr, and Sub-Lieuten-ant J. Connor, Admiral Harper addressed the cadets, stressing the value of the disciplinary training and outlining the work of the navy.
