AIR PAGEANTS
NORTH AND SOUTH ISLAND The official South' Island air pageant will be held at' Dunedin on Friday and Saturday, March 13 and 14, and the official North Island pageant at New Plymouth on Saturday, March 21. The. South Island pageant will fee organised by the Otago Aero Club, and the North Island pageant by the Western Federated Aero Club; ■ both will be under the außpices of the New Zealand Aero Club. Aeroplanes-tram the Canterbury Aero Club will participate in both fixtures. In the South Island pageant the Bledisloe trophy (South Island section), the Herald trophy, open to club trained and endorsed' A pilots, and the Gloucester trophy, 1 open to B pilots flying any type *f aetfeplane, will be competed Icir. At both pageants there will be senior and junior landing tests, aerobatics for club' and professional pilots, and bombing tests.
