ALLEGED KIDNAPPING OF CLERK
(Received December 14, 1.30 a.m.) SYDNEY, December 13. Detectives are investigating a story of kidnapping and robbery, told by a young solicitor’s clerk, who declares that while in possession of £3O, the property of a client of his employer, he was taken away in a motor-car last Monday, robbed, and finally released at the north coast town, Casino. A friendly motorist gave him a lift back to Sydney.
