Applications will be dealt with in the following order of priority:— 1. To children of soldiers or nurses who died on active service. 2. To children of soldiers or nurses who were wholly or partially disabled on active service. 3. To children of soldiers or nurses who were on active service with the New Zealand Expeditionary Forces. 4. To children of soldiers or nurses who served as members of the Forces of the British Empire.
