ABOLITION OF RIDINGS ACCOUNTS TOUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN *• that at a special meeting of the Kowai County Council the following resolution was passed:— Pursuant to and in exercise of the powers conferred upon it by "Thei Counties Amendment Act, 1931," the j Kowai County Council hereby resolves by way of Special Order that, as from the close of the financial year ending the 31st day of March, 1936, Sections 121 and 131 of "The Counties Act, 1920," shall not apply to the Kowai County Council, and that the balances then standing to the debit or credit of the separate ridings accounts be transferred to and incorporated in the General Account of the County Fund.
