MR CHARLES MANNERS
(UXITED PHSSB ASSOCIATION —Bl ELECTRIC telegraph—corniiGHT.) LONDON, May 4. The death has occurred of Mr Charles Manners, the singer. IMr Manners, who was born in 1857, studied singing at the Dublin Academy and the Royal Academy, and then went to Florence and studied. He was for two years principal bass in the Carl Rosa Opera Company, and for four years in Sir Augustus Harris's Italian Opera, Covent Garden.]
