■'i I'.uiriii omci.a v.iarxEss.l RUGBY, May 4. The fund for the redemption of the National Debt, which was started by an anonymous gift of £500.000 some years ago, has since been augmented by six gifts amounting to £13.840. With the accumulation to da*e the fund now amounts to £702,804.
