THE WHY AND WHEREFORE OF WINTER COLDS
Cold weather in itself is not the cause of colds, yet colds are undoubtedly more frequent in winter. During cold weather, however, people spend more time indoors and generally come into closer contact with each other, and have a lowered vitality from leading a more sedentary existence.
