Mr Justice Kennedy this morning made orders for the winding up of two companies, the Crystal Manufacturing Company and Hatton's Confectionery, arising out of the liquidation of Oswald M. Smith and Company, ft was stated that both were subsidiary companies of Oswald M. Smith and Company. The Crystal Manufacturing Company owed Oswald M. Smith and Company £4131, and the Hatton Company owed £0197.
