Lloyd George. again discussing his New Deal at a rrowded meeting in Glasgow. lie explained that it. was difficult to enter fully into details pending Ihe Government's decision, "I shall meet a formidable sub-cominittee of the Cabinet next Thursday, with trepidation, but confident that the practicability of the proposals will curry me through." he said. "When the Government has finally decided 7 shall publish a full memorandum and allow the country to judge the merits of. the scheme," lie said.
