o DISCISSIONS WITH PRINCES (Received March 2'.). 7 p.m.) LONDON, March 28. In the House of Commons Sir Samuel Hoare said that the discussions with the Indian princes were proceeding favourably. The points of disagreement were diminishing almost to vanishing point.
