CASHMERE CLUB Tim annual meeting of ho Custmieie Miniature Kifio Clnb was held on Thursday evening. In the abatnee of the president, Mt A. H. Tongue, Mr C. E. Xaylor, the club captain, pressed. The report showed that the club linti * fairly success ful season, winning tha junior teams championship tn the tourna«"«uit matches, itnd the senior and president (fcmms finishing well up in third place out of 10 and 12 teams respectively. A member, Jy Bromley, won (he president's grade aggregate from nearly 100 competitors. Several members were successful in winning prize moneys in the New Zealand championships. It was decided to open the season on Monday eveniug.
