PETITION TO WIND UP COMPANY
(TUJtas ASSOCIATION TEI/BOIUM.) AUCKLAND, March 29. A petition for the winding up of International Concessions. Limited, under the provisions of the Companies Act. 1933, was mentioned in the Supreme Court before Mr Justice Herdman. Petitioners asked in the alternative that the voluntary winding up of the company might be continued subject to the supervision of the court. The petitioners were G. A. Hart, of Wellington, civil engineer, A. A. Church, of Wellington, clerk, S. W. R. Powell, of Wellington, surgeon dentist, and Mrs Olive Myrtle Zucker, of Wellington. Mr Hfiigh appeared in support of the petition, Mr Henry appeared for certain New Plymouth shareholders in the company, and MiRichmond opposed the petition on behalf of the present liquidator, A. L. Stedman. When his Honour enquired about the probable duration of the proceedings Mr Richmond said there was a possibility of it taking all day. Certainly it could not be finished that morning. "If I «ot into a matter of this kind I might not be able to finish it," said his Honour. He added that he could not take it. He was sorry, but it would have to be done by somebody else. The matter would be adjourned sine die. and counsel would have to arrange a date with the registrar Have you anything to sell—Do you wish to buy?
