HUSBAND A PRESS CRITIC OF ADMINISTRATION (Received January 20, 10.50 p.m.) NEW YORK, January 18. Mrs Dall, a daughter of Mr Roosevelt, who divorced her husband, today married Mr John Boettiger, Washington correspondent of the "Chicago Tribune." He, had gained considerable prominence for his dispatches severely criticising the President's Administration. He has also previously been divorced.'
