MINORITIES REPRESENTED BELGRADE, December 21. M. Jcvtitc' L~: formed a composite Ministry on a national basis, comprising nine Serbs, three Croats, one Slovene and one Moslem. M. Jevtitch is Premier and Foreign Minister. CONCILIATORY ACTION CROAT LEADER RELEASED (Received December 24, 12.50 a.m.) BELGRADE, December 23. Dr. Valadimir Matchek, the Croat leader, sentenced last year to three years' imprisonment for conspiring to break up the Jugoslav kingdom, has been released. Tnis is regarded as the first action of the Jevtitch Government towards reconciliation with the people of Croatia, who were stunned when Dr. Matchek was convicted.
