APPEAL TO THE HAGUE LIKELY WARSAW ALLEGATIONS (UJtITID PRESS ASSOCIATION —BT ELBCTWO TZLIGBAPH —COPTBIOHT.) (Received December 22, 12.50 a.m.) LONDON, December 21. The Warsaw correspondent of the "News Chronicle" says that the commercial court's decision to sequestrate the entire property of the French-owned Warsaw Electricity Company, valued at £ 10,000,000, is expected to have important political and economic consequences. The decision followed allegations by the Warsaw municipality that the company was overcharging, making excessive profits, and that there were balance-sheet irregularities. It is stated that France intends appealing to the Hague Court.
