WORK OF THE LEAGUE OF NATIONS
LECTURE BY NEW ZEALAND OFFICIALS A lecture on the work of the League of Nations will be given by Mr J. V. Wilson and Dr. J. B. Condlifre, two New Zealand officials of the league who arc at present in Christchurch, at St. Paul's schoolroom on Tuesday, December 4, at 8 p.m. Mr Wilson is chief of the central section of the League of Nations Secretariat, and Dr. Condliffe is a member of the economic intelligence service of the secretariat. The lecture on Tuesday will probably be the only public appearance they will make here. Dr. J. Hight rector of Canterbury College, will be in the chair.
