REFRESHER COURSE FOR OFFICERS
Officers and non-commissioned officers of the First Battalion, Canterbury | Regiment, are holding a training course at the Addington Show Grounds at present. The course has been under the charge of Captain W. Murphy, M.C., N.Z.S.C, but to-day Lieu-tenant-Colonel S. D. Mason, OfficerCommanding the battalion, will arrive from Timaru to take over the command. This course of training is in preparation for the annual camp to be held at Kowhai Bush, commencing Sunday night.
