ATTACK IN WILL OX TAXATION LONDON, November 14. Mr Samuel Samuel, a Conservative member of the House of Commons left £1,516,902, the estate duty being £623,727. In his will he attacked the "insane surtax and estate duty." 'Mr Samuel was a director of M. Samuel and Company, Ltd.. bankers and merchants, the Shell Transport and Trading Company, the AngloSsxoii Petroleum Company, and Lloyds Batik. He was not married.!
