UNREST IN VIENNA
♦ MINOR DISTURBANCES IN STREETS J; (Received November 12, 11.50 p.m.) LONDON, November 12. The Vienna correspondent of the "Daily Mail" says that Austria is seething with unrest. Eight hundred communists and socialists were arrested as a precaution to avoid a demonstration to-day, the anniversary of the founding of the Republic. The streets are heavily guarded. There have been occasional disturbances in the suburbs, shots being iired and one policeman injured.
